Lagonda Machine LLC is Hiring an Administrative Assisstant Near Washington, PA
For this position you will be:
- Answering the phone, doing filing, working with purchase orders and customer quotes. Sending out material quotes is also a big part of this job.
- You will be responsible for making shop orders & packing slips.
- Occasionally you will be shipping parts via UPS and at times calling to schedule a truck for pick up.
- You will be thoroughly trained to use our in house computer software program.
- Training will be provided for all aspects of this position, however, it is necessary for you to have phone skills as well as general office and computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- High attention to detail is required for this job.
- Two positions available.
- Flexible schedule is an option, full time/part time.
